How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery excluding bank holidays. LAROMA is not responsible for late or failed deliveries due to reasons outside of our control, such as customs delays, bad weather, or an incorrect delivery address. 

When your parcel is dispatched we will send you a notification email with your tracking number and a link to view your parcel so you can track its progress - currently we only ship within the UK.

What is your return policy? 

We take immense pride in the quality of our items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions. 

We accept returns for any items that are unused and with the packaging and seals intact. All items must be returned within 14 days of the return request. Any opened or damaged items will be not be accepted for return. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the item back. We do not offer free returns at this time. By making a purchase from LAROMA you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this 14-day returns policy.
